This Privacy Policy describes how Grow Trades LLC (operating as “Grow Your Trade”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information we receive from visitors to growyourtrade.com and people who submit our lead form.

2. Information we collect
When you submit our lead-capture form, we collect:
- Name
- Business name
- Team size
- Mobile phone number (including country code)
- Email address
- Current website URL
We may also automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Browser and device information (user agent, screen size)
- Pages you visit on our site and the date and time of your visit
3. How we use your information
- Design and deliver the free website you requested
- Respond to your inquiry by email
- Follow up about your inquiry by SMS (consented to at submission; see section 4)
- Maintain our business records
- Improve our website and services
Legal basis for processing (UK / EU GDPR). Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, our legal bases for processing your personal data are: (a) your consent, given when you submit our lead form with the consent box checked, for SMS contact and to receive design proposals; (b) performance of pre-contract steps you have requested, namely designing and delivering your free website and the conversation around it; and (c) our legitimate interests in maintaining business records and improving our services. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing contact@growyourtrade.com or by replying STOP to any SMS. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. SMS Messaging
When you submit our lead form with the consent box checked, you agree to receive SMS messages from Grow Your Trade at the phone number you provided. SMS is the primary way we follow up about your inquiry (scheduling, delivering your design, and coordinating going live), so SMS consent is collected together with our other terms in a single required consent checkbox at the time of submission. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively checked. Submitting the form without checking the box is not possible.
Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not affect email communications about your inquiry.
Grow Your Trade does not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through SMS messaging with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number will only be used to send you the SMS messages you have opted in to receive. This restriction applies to all categories of personal data above and is not modified by other parts of this policy.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only entities outside Grow Your Trade that ever touch your data are the technical subprocessors listed below, and they process your information solely to deliver the services you have requested from us:
- Hosting: Vercel (United States)
- SMS delivery: Zoom Phone
- Form storage: Google (Google Workspace / Google Sheets)
- Email delivery: our email service provider
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
6. International data transfers
Some of the subprocessors listed in section 5 are based in the United States. If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction whose law restricts international data transfers, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK-equivalent transfer mechanisms (UK IDTA / Addendum) to protect your data. You can request a copy of the safeguards in place by emailing contact@growyourtrade.com.
7. Data retention
We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to respond to your request and for our legitimate business records, typically up to 24 months after our last contact with you. You can request earlier deletion by emailing contact@growyourtrade.com.
8. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data, subject to legal exceptions.
- Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Automated decisions: we do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects on you.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@growyourtrade.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence. For example, the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the United Kingdom, or your national data protection authority in the European Economic Area.
9. Children's privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
10. Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to make our site work. We do not currently run third-party analytics or behavioural tracking. If that changes, this policy will be updated and a notice will appear on the site.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the website.
